This is a habit I’ve started over on my TikTok channel, so it’s time to start doing it here.
Recently, I finished reading Atomic Habits, which is a book that’s changed the way I think about habits. I’ve been trying to improve myself lately so, as the book suggested, I’ve set up a habit score card and set goals that work with my system and a system that works with my goals. I have some big things coming, so I need my habits and goals to be spot on.
Anyway, on to my goals:
Main October Goals
- Tick of 100 Trello Cards
- Walk 300,000 steps
- Post 30 videos to TikTok
- Don’t kill the Habitica Character
- Complete 300 Pomodoros
- The Catalyst: How to Change Anyone’s Mind by Jonah Burger
- Quiet Power: The Secret Strengths of Introverts by Susan Cain
- The Personal MBA by Josh Kaufman
